We had a chance to recently speak with our clients (and lifelong friends) Monica and Rich about their experience working with Buckley Waterfront Homes on both the purchase and sale of their homes (we’ve had five transactions together!).
What was your experience in how BWH eliminated your fears about entering the market and also having BWF be both your buyer agent as well as seller agent?
BWH came prepared from day one Reid and Meagan visited our home with comps, a customized marketing plan, and a clear pre-listing checklist. They hit the ground running with open houses, drone video, and strong social media. When market conditions shifted, they proactively adjusted strategy. Less than a week after, we were pending contract!
What did you experience as a result of working with us? Did we make the process easier?
Reid and Meagan have always exuded professionalism and extended such kindness towards us. They are always honest, yet compassionate. We trust that they have our best interest in mind. Negotiations and home selling / buying are an emotional process. I appreciate that they always kept cool under pressure and approached every communication with class and a sense of humor.
How did you find our approach to the process? Did you understand every step along the way?
They are responsive and always kept us updated on progress of the sale. If we ever had a question about a line in the contract or what was needed to proceed, we knew we could get an answer quickly. If there ever was a time they didn’t know, they would refer us to an expert in the field to ensure we had all the information we needed to make the best decisions possible.
