Grateful & Giving: Waterfront Listings + Holiday Highlights

Dear friends,

This Giving Tuesday, we find ourselves reflecting not only on the spirit of generosity that defines today, but on the gratitude we feel throughout the year. While the holidays naturally inspire generosity, we look for ways to celebrate our community and support neighbors, friends and clients on a daily basis.

Reflections from Reid:

I am extraordinarily lucky that both of my parents are still alive, that both live within a one- hour drive AND that they also are totally competent at 88 and 94 years of age! Every day I call each of them and see if there is something I can do to be helpful. I try to bring that sense of caring to our clients - what can I do today to further our clients' goals? Sometimes I remind clients that they are now part of our "family;" this summer, one seller and I started calling each other "cousin." While I'm happy when our sellers get to settlement because that is what they wanted, I confess that it is definitely bittersweet to lose those family
members! Happily, I have one family member by my side every working day.

Reflections from Meagan:

Choosing to work alongside my mom after my dad passed away was a decision I approached with great care. I'm deeply grateful that, despite life's unexpected turns, I have the chance to learn from someone with such extraordinary command of every detail of this business. The time we spend together serving our clients, being involved in our community, and giving back through efforts like the Hospice Cup has become one of the greatest privileges of my life.

This fall, we were honored to participate in the Hospice Cup, a cause that's deeply personal to our family. Hospice cared for both Charlie and Meagan's grandfather with compassion at the end of life, and supporting this event was our way of saying thank you and helping other families receive the same comfort and care.
