Waterfront Opportunities and a Season of Gratitude
Dear friends,
Whether it ends today or continues for longer, we know the longest shutdown in US history is challenging many in our area. If you or someone close to you is affected, please know you are in our thoughts and please reach out if any of this creates uncertainty in your real estate plans. We are here to advise or simply be a sounding board. Times like these remind us how much even the small gestures matter, such as delivering food to someone in need.
The waterfront housing market, like many other communities in our area, is offering meaningful openings for buyers. Over the past week, 12-month low mortgage rates, stronger inventory, and more choices have created an active buyer environment, one that rewards motivated shoppers with better terms and more selection. If you paused your plans earlier this year, now may be a good time to take another look. Our portfolio continues to grow, and we're happy to talk through options if you're looking now.
In this season of gratitude, we hope you find those small moments of closeness and warmth, the ones that turn a neighborhood into a true community and provide the support we all need from time to time. And always remember, giving back in some way big or small is the perfect way to showcase gratitude to others.
Wishing you and your loved ones a wonderful Thanksgiving surrounded by good company, moments of delight, and hopefully some delicious food!
Warmly,
Reid & Meagan
