Meagan Buckley is a principal in Buckley Waterfront Homes with a deep-rooted expertise in luxury marketing. Raised in Annapolis, Meagan’s lifelong connection to the Chesapeake Bay has shaped both her personal and professional life. Meagan’s experiences of growing up boating on the Bay, navigating creeks and rivers, give her an insider’s perspective to the region’s waterfront properties. With both parents leading the Mr. Waterfront Team, conversations around the family dinner table often revolved around Annapolis real estate, providing Meagan with an early, up-close and comprehensive master class on what makes a successful real estate customer experience.

After earning her degree from New York University, Meagan honed her marketing and public relations skills at Loro Piana, an Italian luxury clothing and interiors brand, in New York City. Her experience at the intersection of luxury brands and marketing laid the foundation for her transition into real estate; she joined the Mr. Waterfront Team in 2020. Meagan’s passion for design and her keen eye for space allow her to assist clients in visualizing how a home can function and evolve into a perfect living environment.

Meagan is licensed in Maryland, Washington, DC, and New York, where she previously sold luxury apartments in Manhattan. With a positive attitude and wealth of waterfront knowledge, she stands ready to help all her clients find their ideal homes.

Meagan is an avid cook and loves hosting dinner parties where she can bring people together and enjoy everything home offers. A member of the Annapolis Yacht Club, she enjoys any form of boating and embraces her love for the water.
