Reid Buckley was the co-founder, with her husband Charlie, of the Mr. Waterfront real estate business in 1994. Reid, a third-generation real estate professional, was born in Washington, DC and spent weekends sailing on the Chesapeake Bay. She graduated from Brown University and earned her MBA degree from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Reid spent the three years between college and business school living and working in San Francisco where she met her husband. They did a lot of sailing on the San Francisco Bay, but decided together they would make their life in Annapolis. After business school, Reid marketed financial products for several nationwide companies before joining Mr. Waterfront.

Reid’s extensive market knowledge combined with her business acumen allow Reid’s clients to receive excellent guidance from the initial meeting and throughout the sales process. In addition, Reid has experience as a licensed general contractor building and renovating waterfront homes, as well as a licensed real estate appraiser specializing in waterfront property – both skills which further the value proposition for clients of Buckley Waterfront Homes.

Reid still enjoys spending time on the water whenever possible! She is a member of the Annapolis Yacht Club and crews on a J-80. Reid resides in Annapolis on Harness Creek and is devoted to providing highly personal and hands-on service to her clients.
